INNAAMI Training – Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all training courses offered by INNAAMI Beauty, including online and in-person courses, masterclasses, and digital learning materials. By booking a course, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Payments

1.1. All course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless using an approved payment plan.

1.2. Payment plans are available through Klarna (subject to eligibility and Klarna’s own terms).

1.3. INNAAMI Beauty does not store or process your payment details.

 

2. Refunds & Exchanges

2.1. All course bookings are strictly non-refundable.

2.2. No exchanges are permitted.

2.3. Once a booking is made, the payment cannot be transferred toward other treatments, services, or courses.

3. Rescheduling Policy

3.1. Rescheduling is only permitted in the case of a genuine emergency, including:

  • medical emergencies
  • unexpected hospitalisation
  • bereavement
  • unforeseen childcare issues

3.2. Proof of emergency may be required.

3.3. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the training start time wherever possible.

3.4. Only one reschedule per booking is allowed.

3.5. Failure to attend your course without notice will result in forfeiture of your place with no reschedule or refund.

 

4. Online Courses

4.1. Online courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.

4.2. Access to course materials is for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or reproduced.

4.3. INNAAMI Beauty reserves the right to remove access if misuse or unauthorised distribution is identified.

 

5. In-Person Training

5.1. Students must arrive on time. Late arrival may result in being refused entry without rescheduling or refund.

5.2. Students are responsible for bringing any required equipment unless notified otherwise.

5.3. INNAAMI Beauty reserves the right to refuse training if a student behaves inappropriately, breaches hygiene rules, or puts models or staff at risk.

 

6. Certification

6.1. Certificates are awarded only when the student has successfully completed all required training elements and assessments.

6.2. Additional support or reassessment may incur extra charges.

 

7. Professional Use & Insurance

7.1. Students are responsible for checking local insurance requirements prior to offering treatments professionally.

7.2. INNAAMI Beauty is ABT Accredited, but insurance acceptance is ultimately at the discretion of the insurance provider.

 

8. Course Content & Intellectual Property

8.1. All course materials, manuals, videos, and written content remain the intellectual property of INNAAMI Beauty.

8.2. Students may not copy, share, distribute, or teach INNAAMI course content as their own.

 

9. Changes & Cancellations by INNAAMI Beauty

9.1. INNAAMI Beauty reserves the right to reschedule or cancel training due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control.

9.2. In this case, students will be offered the nearest alternative training date.

 

10. Liability

10.1. INNAAMI Beauty is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from improper use of training techniques once the student begins working independently.

10.2. Students are responsible for ensuring they work safely, hygienically, and within local regulations.
